  Floresville Parks Master Plan
Assisted in development of City of Floresville Parks Master Plan (2015-2025) to ensure residents and visitors have excellent park, leisure, and recreational opportunities.
El Rancho Grande Industrial Park
The 305-acres El Rancho Grande Industrial Park is located one mile south of downtown Floresville on FM 537 near US 181. The park is sold out with the exception of two 11.88-acre tracts.

  Arcadia Theater
Assisted in financing the renovation of the Arcadia Movie Theater.

Floresville Veteran's Business Park
Developed a 50-acre site for a medical park and coordinated the effort to win the bid for a Texas Veteran Nursing Home in Floresville. FEDC acquired and donated the 20 acres for the nursing home. Only five 0.81-acre lots are available for sale. Utilities behind curb.

River Bend
A 500-acre tract that will consist of a community of over 800 homes, an 18-hole golf course, several parks along the San Antonio River, and other amenities that will offer a unique enhanced quality of life for its residents. FEDC funded legal fees to acquire the railroad right of way as part of the negotiations. FEDC is actively involved with Avalon to market the community and the city as a whole.


  Highland Oaks Apartments
Assisted the City of Floresville in extending water and sewer lines to the complex.


US 181/Highway 97 Intersection Beautification
Worked with the City of Floresville and the Texas Department of Transportation to fund a project to improve the appearance of one of the main entrances to the city. This includes adding trees, shrubs and other ornamental plants to a barren area and erecting a dynamic, welcoming sign.
