FEDC invests in real estate development to promote new business and expansion of existing business within the City of Floresville. This includes build-to-suit, acquisition of property, and bearing the initial cost of installing water, sewer, street drainage, electric lines, curbing, and paved roads to business sites.
El Rancho Grande Industrial Park
The 305-acre El Rancho Grande Industrial Park is located one mile south of downtown Floresville on FM 537, east of US Highway 181.
The industrial park is sold out.
Floresville Veterans’ Business Park
FEDC developed a 50-acre professional business park and coordinated the effort to win the bid for a Texas State Veterans Nursing Home in Floresville. FEDC acquired and donated the 20 acres for the nursing home.
One 0.81-acre lot remains for sale. Utilities located behind the curb.
